Cancellation Policy

At Hair by Dannielle & Co., we require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, and missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 75% fee. These charges will be applied to the card on file.
