Dannielle Vizzini is the Owner and CEO of Hair by Dannielle & Co. and a third generation hair professional who has been behind the chair since 2010. Her expertise includes Great Lengths® Cold Fusion, Thermal Fusion, and Tape extensions, as well as weft extension services, custom color, cutting, and styling.
Hair has always been a family tradition for Dannielle. Her father spent more than 55 years in the industry as a colorist, educator, and salon owner, while her mother became a Great Lengths® Certified cutting and styling specialist. That background helped shape Dannielle’s passion for education, personalized service, and creating beautiful results tailored to each client’s hair, lifestyle, and goals.
Client education is an important part of Dannielle’s approach, especially with extensions. She takes the time to teach proper brushing, washing, styling, product use, and maintenance so clients feel confident caring for their hair at home. Her goal is not only to create a seamless transformation, but also to help clients protect their investment, maintain the health of their natural hair, and get the best possible longevity from their extensions.
Dannielle continues to expand her own education while also sharing her knowledge with others through coaching and mentorship within the beauty industry. As the owner of Hair by Dannielle & Co., she has made inclusivity an important part of the salon’s foundation, creating a safe and welcoming space for the LGBTQ+ community and introducing gender neutral pricing based on the hair, time, and work involved rather than a client’s gender.
For Dannielle, the salon is about more than beautiful hair. It is a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, confident in their look, and supported with the knowledge they need to care for their hair long after they leave the chair.

A South Florida native, Gina Rizzi brings a calm, creative energy to Hair by Dannielle & Co. Her love for hair and beauty began in childhood under the guidance of her grandmother, who introduced her to self care through the simple tradition of setting her hair in rollers. That early spark grew into a passion for styling friends and family for parties, proms, and special occasions.
Gina began her apprenticeship with Dannielle in early 2020, building the foundation for the stylist and extension artist she is today. In 2022, she became certified in Great Lengths® Cold Fusion and Tape extensions and has continued expanding her extension expertise to include weft services. Her commitment to continued education allows her to keep growing her skills and offering clients new ways to achieve their hair goals.
Color is another major part of Gina’s artistry, with a love for customized color, highlights, and creating looks that complement each client’s individual style. Known for her quiet, patient approach and attention to detail, Gina creates an experience that feels comfortable and personal while bringing creativity and precision to every service.
Whether she is creating dimensional color, adding length and fullness with extensions, or putting the finishing touches on a new look, Gina takes the time to understand what each client wants and make it their own. And for a little extra sparkle, she also offers Goddess Glitter to add something fun and unique to any visit.

Meet Sarah, a seasoned veteran in the world of hairstyling and an integral part of the HBD&co family. Sarah's journey with Dannielle began before the inception of HBD&co when she served as the floor manager at the last salon where Dannielle worked. Demonstrating unwavering loyalty and a commitment to excellence, Sarah swiftly joined Dannielle on her new venture.
A second-generation hairdresser, Sarah's passion for the industry runs deep. She honed her skills at the Aveda Institute of South Florida, graduating in 2011, and continued to refine her craft at JCP Salons, where she contributed to the success of their #1 store in Houston.
In 2018, Sarah became Dannielle's first assistant, a testament to her exceptional skills, experience, and loyalty. Her journey at HBD&co is a continued story of growth and collaboration, as she expands her knowledge under Dannielle's mentorship.

Vanessa brings more than 30 years of professional hairstyling experience to Hair by Dannielle & Co., with over 20 years dedicated to Great Lengths luxury hair extensions. Creating beautiful, customized transformations is both her specialty and her passion.
Her career began in New York, where she owned and operated an Aveda Salon & Spa for 10 years. That experience shaped her approach to hair: combining technical precision, artistry, and personalized service with a commitment to the health and integrity of every client’s hair.
Vanessa specializes in Great Lengths luxury hair extensions, seamless weft extensions, tape-in extensions, and other customized extension methods. From thoughtful color matching and placement to seamless blending and finishing, she creates natural-looking results tailored to each client’s hair, lifestyle, and desired look.
Her additional specialties include Japanese thermal reconditioning, precision haircuts, professional blowouts, dimensional color, and highlights. Whether adding length and fullness or refining a client’s cut and color, Vanessa brings decades of experience and attention to detail to every service.

Meet DJ, the strategic force behind the scenes at HBD&co. Best friends with Dannielle for over 15 years, DJ's journey with the team started long before it became official. Having been involved in various individual projects over the years, he officially joined forces with Dannielle in 2021 to help cultivate the quickly evolving Hair by Dannielle & co.
While DJ may not hold a cosmetology license, his eagerness for new challenges and a customer-centric mentality quickly found a home in the rapidly growing HBD&co. Efficient and effective in managing both his own work and others', DJ's keen eye for detail and organizational prowess make him an indispensable part of the team.
As an adept planner and creative problem solver with a strong technical aptitude, DJ takes the reins on logistics at HBD&co. You may not always encounter him, but when you do, it's a sign that something interesting and noteworthy is happening behind the scenes.
